The Bylaws of the Graduate Student Government Assocation dictates the officer roles, membership positions, standing rules, and operating procedures of the organization.

JFC Policy

JFC Policy dictates the entire SGA funding process and all related procedures. It specifies all restrictions on what SGA does not fund, the limits on line items we do fund, the bill process, the budget process, the tier classifications, and more. It is the job of the Joint Finance Committee (JFC) to interpret this policy and ensure all of this policy is followed.

JCOC Policy

JCOC Policy sets the rules for chartering, registering, and maintaining a student organization, including the restrictions on remaining active.

Joint Bill Policy

Joint Bill Policy sets the rules for regulating the joint elements of the legislative process, leaving to the individual houses those internal procedures and traditions that comprise their unique manner of conducting business.
